What the service receives

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication verifies your Google account and supplies an account identifier and email address. We store these to keep your dashboard private. Connected computers upload supported provider names, plan labels, limit percentages, reset times, collection timestamps, and usage history. We also store the computer names you choose and the last sync time.

What stays on your computer

The collector reads the sign-in state of your installed coding tools to request their usage information. Provider credentials remain on your computer and are sent only to the corresponding provider. AI Usage does not upload prompts, source code, chat transcripts, or provider credentials. The desktop sync credential is encrypted using Windows protection for your user account.

Payments and hosting

Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, and billing records. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status, not card numbers. The website uses Google Firebase Hosting, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Firestore. Google sign-in is governed separately by Google’s policies.

Retention and controls

The dashboard displays up to 30 days of usage history. Older history is removed from the stored snapshot when the next upload arrives. If a computer stops syncing, its saved snapshot remains until cleared. You can clear hosted history and revoke device connections in the dashboard. Contact support to request account deletion; payment records may need to be retained for accounting and other applicable obligations. Local history is stored separately on each computer.

Cookies and requests

Hosting and sign-in services use cookies needed for authentication. This version does not add advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Request metadata can be processed by hosting and security providers. A hashed network identifier is used briefly to limit pairing attempts.

Your choices

Cloud sync starts only after you connect a computer. Stop collection or disconnect in the extension, and remove the connection online to revoke its credential. Contact timwillis@homeherorealty.com.
